Phase 1: Tech Team Brief

To begin, we'll have a 1-2 hour discovery call with the technical stakeholders on the [CLIENT NAME] team. This is be an opportunity to deep dive into constraints of the business, and gather a collective understanding of the current software landscape. It will also be an opportunity to ask questions about CX process and constraints on the [CLIENT NAME] side, and additionally discuss potential technical solutions that we'll evaluate during this process.
